Private Sessions Hawkesbury
We Come to You
Our private clay-based transpersonal art therapy sessions bring creative and therapeutic support directly into your own space. Using clay as a medium for expression and exploration, sessions are tailored to meet your individual needs, whether you are seeking emotional processing, self-discovery, nervous system regulation, creative reconnection, or simply a reflective space to pause and explore.
No artistic experience is needed — the focus is on process rather than creating finished artwork.
How It Works
First Session – 90 minutes
This extended session allows time to get to know you, explore your intentions or areas of focus, and gently introduce the clay process while creating a safe and supportive foundation for the work.
Ongoing Sessions – 60 minutes
Following sessions provide ongoing therapeutic and creative support, with each experience guided at a pace that feels comfortable and meaningful for you.
Why Private Clay-Based Art Therapy?
Working privately with clay offers a unique opportunity to explore thoughts, emotions, and experiences through a hands-on and often non-verbal process. Clay invites slowing down, sensory engagement, and embodied reflection, allowing insights to emerge in ways that words alone may not access.
Private sessions provide dedicated time and space for personal exploration within a supportive and confidential environment. The process may support emotional wellbeing, self-awareness, symbolic exploration, stress reduction, grief and life transitions, identity exploration, or reconnecting with creativity and self-expression.
Sessions are shaped around your individual needs, with no expectation of artistic skill or producing a particular outcome.
Why Clay?
Clay is tactile, grounding, and responsive. Its ability to be shaped, altered, broken, and remade mirrors many aspects of human experience and personal change.
Within a transpersonal framework, clay can become a language for symbolism, metaphor, imagination, and deeper inner experience. The making process may invite reflection, curiosity, and meaningful connection with aspects of self that are difficult to articulate verbally.
For many people, working with clay offers both calm and discovery — a gentle way of engaging with the inner world through the hands.
